The Malbec grapes for this wine are harvested during the first half of March, in 300kg bins. In the winery, a prior selection of bunches is made and the uncropped grape is incubated. The fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts. 3 pump-overs are made daily up to 2 ° Be, then 2 pump-overs are made daily until 0 ° Be. Uncorking and pressing is defined by tasting.
“Fresh-blackberry, dried-herb, iodine and hazelnut aromas. It’s full-bodied with firm, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. Structured and fleshy. Drink or hold.” – James Suckling (90 points).
