TASTING NOTES: This medium-bodied ruby red wine has a nice concentration. Aromas of black fruit and plums, and gentle notes of vanilla, baking spices and medium-roast coffee persist over a long finish. An unctuous mouthfeel and polished, round tannins give texture. Very approachable, this is a generous wine.
PAIRING: Enjoy with lean meat and feathered game, especially with plum sauce. It will also pair well with creamy mushroom sauces and hearty stews.
