When contacted by a Winery or Supplier (I)
A few times a week I receive emails from wineries looking for an importer, in British Columbia and Alberta.
Some presentations are very professional and clear; others not very much.
I apologize, if I do not respond the good ones. I used to be an export manager my self of chilean wineries and I know the feeling.
When an email and presentation it is not very clear:
Someone asks if we would be interested in working with their winery, that is a family business and other generic information. (too little).
Others send too many files or many products that is hard to associate the product with its price as the price list is in another file. (too much).
