TASTING NOTES: This wine is a perfectly balanced conversation between Carmenere and Cabernet. The sum is greater than the parts. Cabernet brings structure and longevity, while Carmenere adds spiciness and rich fruit flavors. This wine is deep colored and concentrated. Its bouquet is complex and evolves in the glass. Red and black fruit flavors merge with intriguing spiciness and black pepper aromas. An elegant acidity and full body make it a wine to drink now or keep.

PAIRING: Enjoy this wine with rich cuts of red meat and grilled vegetables. Pork ribs and heartily roasted lamb chops will also benefit from the strong character of the wine.
